George R. Suslak is a partner at Suslak & Mountain. He has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over thirty years. He is a graduate of St. John's Prep, Boston College, cum laude, and Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. George has an extensive legal background. He has practiced in District Court, Superior Court, Juvenile Court, Land Court, Probate & Family Court, the Appellate Tax Board, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals, the United States District Court, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has handled well in excess of 1500 personal injury claims, on behalf of both insurers and victims of negligence, with excellent results for his clients. He handles all types of insurance claims, including bodily injury, property damage, insurance coverage, fraud, etc. A former Assistant District Attorney, George has also handled criminal matters both as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. Additionally, George is experienced in general business issues and litigation depending upon his clients'respective needs.
