Born and raised in New Jersey, I graduated from Rider University with a degree in Computer and Decision Sciences. My professional journey began at Vista Systems, a small technology firm, where I wrote code before moving on to Deloitte as a management consultant, a role I held for 10 years. Afterward, I joined Fidelity Investments, spending another decade with the company. Following a career transition, I established a Human Resource consulting business focused on supporting small businesses. After several years in consulting, I partnered with my wife, Janet, and joined Sew On and Sew Forth Embroidery, an apparel decoration business we now run together. Janet and I have been married for 35 years, and in 1996 we welcomed twin daughters. Madison, a civil engineer, works at National Grid, while Mackenzie is a fashion designer at Abercrombie & Fitch.
